We are seeking a small collection of independent retailers, makers, and creative businesses to join The Paperworks.

The Paperworks offers newly renovated, modernized commercial spaces within the historic Old Sacramento Waterfront district in the Blake, Moffitt & Towne Paper Company building. With units ranging from 200 to 700 square feet, the spaces are intentionally scaled for smaller independent retailers, makers, creatives, and specialty concepts ready to grow within a curated environment.

This is not traditional retail commercial leasing. The Paperworks is designed as a collaborative ecosystem where distinctive businesses benefit from proximity, shared energy, and thoughtful design.
